Input formats

Email:
Your email address, the place where the prediction will be delivered.

NOTE: Check that you typed your address correctly.

Input Sequence:
1. The sequence pasted must be in FASTA format (i.e.), it must begin with a '>' and end with a header. The Amino acid sequence 
must begin on the next line.

2. No white space shall exist between two residues, and no more than one character should exist between two consecutive lines.

3. Nucleotide sequences should not be sent. If this is the case, A will be considered as Alanine, T as Threonine, and so on...

Output formats

We used to provide result files through Email. The Prediction Result have the following meaning. 

Query - Your protein sequence's single-letter code. This line is always present. 

h - Helix

e - Strand

c - Coil
